Zero oxygen calibration: Pour 1 pack of reagents into about 100mL of water and stir evenly to obtain oxygen free water. Immerse both ends of the motor side in oxygen free water, and after the reading is stable (reading fluctuation is less than 0.1), perform zero oxygen calibration (zero oxygen reagent can be maintained in the air for 24 hours, and needs to be reconstituted if it exceeds 24 hours)2. Full oxygen calibration: place the electrode measuring end in the air (suitable for general users) or immerse it in saturated dissolved oxygen deionized water with constant temperature (suitable for users with higher accuracy requirements), and wait until the reading is stable (reading fluctuates less than 0.1), perform full oxygen calibration Probe use steps: 1. Unscrew the membrane cap, rinse the electrode membrane cap and metal tube with deionized water and drying2. Inject about three quarters of the volume of electrolyte into the membrane cap, and then tighten the membrane cap. A small amount of electrolyte overflow during this process is a normal situation. After tightening, ensure that there are no bubbles in the front of the electrode and between the electrode and the membrane. There is no liquid interval, otherwise it needs to be reinstalled3.
